Necessary storage
The service uses necessary cookies for the upload agreement (pa_session, up to seven days), file ownership (pq_ plus a document ID, up to seven days) and verified order access (po_ plus an order ID, up to seven days). They are HttpOnly, use SameSite protection and are Secure on HTTPS. The upload authorisation itself expires after 24 hours even if the receipt cookie remains. There is no advertising or analytics cookie set by our application. Hosting security and administrator authentication may use additional strictly necessary cookies controlled by the hosting provider.
If you request a quote notification, pqn_session provides access to that combined quote for at most 24 hours, ending when the quote expires. The optional notification is sent to the email address you provide and does not subscribe you to marketing.
If you open an email verification or sign-in link, pdf_customer gives access to My orders for up to seven days. The cookie contains a random identifier that our server stores only as a hash. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Lax and is Secure on HTTPS. The email link itself is valid for at most 30 minutes and works once. Signing out ends the session and clears this cookie together with the order-access cookies. The cookie is strictly necessary for the access you request, so no consent banner is shown for it.
Your choice
These functions are needed for the service you request. Blocking or clearing these cookies can remove access to the upload session; a verified order can be reopened through an email link. No consent banner is used for these necessary functions. Stripe’s hosted payment page has its own storage and cookie information. If optional tracking is introduced, it will require a separate choice before it runs.
